IPL: Punjab cruise to victory against Chennai

Punjab Kings registered a six-wicket win over Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) on Thursday.

Chasing a target of 135 runs in Dubai, Punjab posted 139 for four in 13 overs with captain KL Rahul smashing an unbeaten 98 off 42 balls.

Shardul Thakur took three wickets for CSK, conceding 28 runs.

Chennai initially scored 134 for six in 20 overs, with Faf du Plessis hitting 76 off 55 balls.

Chris Jordan and Arshdeep Singh took two wickets each for Punjab.
