Lamine Diack has resigned as president of the International Athletics Foundation. The former International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) chief quit amid investigations of corruption and money laundering. Diack has also resigned as an honorary member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). That’s over accusations he took bribes to cover-up positive doping tests, while he was president of the IAAF.
