The New England Patriots have lost for the second week running, after they went down to the Philadelphia Eagles this morning. The Super Bowl champions raced into a 14-0 lead, but the Eagles stormed back, scoring 35 points in a row The Patriots scored two more touchdowns to narrow the score, but it was too little, too late. Elsewhere, the Carolina Panthers continued their unbeaten season with a 41-38 win over the New Orleans Saints, the Jets beat New York rivals, the Giants, in overtime (23-20), and the San Francisco 49ers overcame the Chicago Bears 26-20.
