Pakistan won the toss and elected to bowl against Afghanistan in their Asia Cup Super-4 clash in Sharjah.

It's a must-win encounter for Afghanistan who lost their previous game to Sri Lanka by four wickets.

Meanwhile, a win will see Pakistan progress to the final alongside Sri Lanka, and in the process also end India's slim hopes of reaching the final.

The Pakistan squad remains unchanged from their last outing, while Afghanistan have dropped Samiullah Shinwari to make way for Azmatullah Omarzai, who missed the last game through illness, and Fareed Ahmad replaces Naveen-ul-Haq.
