Quetta, Karachi get PSL campaigns off to winning start

Quetta Gladiators and Karachi Kings have got their 2019 Pakistan Super League (PSL) campaign off to a positive start.

Quetta beat Peshawar Zalmi on Friday night in Dubai by six wickets thanks to an unbeaten innings of 75 by Umar Akmal.

Meanwhile Karachi Kings also won their opening match of the season.

The side got the better of Multan Sultans by seven runs.

Saturday's PSL matches feature Islamabad United taking on Multan Sultans.

Play from the Dubai International Cricket Stadium gets underway at 3:30 PM.

Meanwhile Karachi Kings are set to lock horns with Lahore Qalandars.

That match starts at 8 PM.
