Sangakkara set to play in Pakistan Super League

Former Sri Lankan captain Kumar Sangakkara is the latest high-profile cricketer who has expressed interest in the Pakistan Super League. The recently-retired wicket-keeper/batsman has reportedly made himself available for the players’ draft process scheduled to take place in December. The Twentyt20 tournament has already attracted the likes of Chris Gayle, Kevin Pietersen and Kieron Pollard. It will be played in the UAE from February 4-24 next year, with five city-based franchises set to take part.
