The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) and Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) have announced the return of UFC to the UAE capital on Saturday, July 26, at the Etihad Arena.

This follows two thrilling events in 2024, including UFC 308 in October, where Ilia Topuria defended his featherweight title with a knockout win over Max Holloway, and an elite bantamweight showdown at UFC Fight Night in August, where Umar Nurmagomedov triumphed over Cory Sandhagen.

Through its long-term partnership with DCT Abu Dhabi, UFC, the world’s premier mixed martial arts organisation, continues to bring exciting fight cards featuring top global talents to the UAE capital.

Since 2010, Abu Dhabi has hosted 20 UFC events, cementing its place as a global sports hub, bringing top-tier talent and thrilling fights to the region.
