Just ahead of the Dubai Fitness Challenge 2020, Dubai's Crown Prince has challenged the public to make a change by pledging 30 minutes every day for 30 days.

Taking to his official Twitter handle, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who also holds the position of the Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, "challenged" everyone to invest "30 minutes of activity" no matter where they are.

In its fourth edition, the fitness campaign runs between October 30 and November 28.

In a statement issued last week, Sheikh Hamdan said: "I challenge each and every one of you to embrace your fitness journey and make a difference in your life. Together, let’s make the UAE the most active country in the world."
