Serena Williams is looking to take another step towards equalling Margaret Courts record of 24 Grand Slam titles as she competes on the ladies quarter-final day at Wimbledon.

The seven-time champion takes on her American compatriot Alison Riske on Centre Court.

If Williams progresses she'll face either Barbora Strycova or local favourite Johanna Konta.

On the other side of the draw, former world number one Simona Halep is up against Zhang Shuai, while the eighth seed Elina Svitolina meets Karolina Muchova.
