The UAE has confirmed 1,778 new cases of COVID-19 from 288,743 tests in the past 24 hours.
Another 1,657 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 925,849.
One patient has died, taking the total number of fatalities to 2,316.
A total of 945,800 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 17,635 are currently active.
