As many as 13,500 new private sector jobs will be created for UAE nationals within ADNOC’s supply chain by 2028.
ADNOC - the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company - has joined forces with the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council, known as Nafis, to implement this initiative.
This partnership supports the UAE’s efforts to generate 100,000 private sector jobs for Emiratis in the next three years, focusing on high-skilled roles in AI, engineering and manufacturing.
Under the latest agreement, job and training opportunities will be rolled out in the Al Dhafra region this year.
ADNOC will also provide 1,000 vocational training slots for UAE university graduates in private firms linked to its supply chain through Nafis’s Apprentice Programme.
We are constantly nurturing and empowering local talent to meet the UAE’s requirements of high skilled jobs in advanced sectors.
