The Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DCAI) has unveiled the 'Dubai AI Seal' to enhance trust in reputable AI companies and further position the city as a global AI leader.
This initiative will certify credible AI providers, creating a network of reliable companies for government and business collaborations. Firms that wish to be selected as partners in the UAE and Dubai government projects must be AI Seal certified.
Certified companies will receive the seal, complete with a unique serial number, and can display it across their platforms to showcase credibility.
All technology companies licensed in Dubai that provide AI-related products or services are invited to apply for the seal, free of charge.
It will be awarded based on six key criteria, including the nature of the companies’ activities and services, the number of employees specialising in AI, current and future projects, and partnerships within the public and private sectors.
Khalfan Belhoul, CEO of Dubai Future Foundation, which oversees DCAI, emphasized that the initiative would drive new economic opportunities and foster stronger public-private sector alliances in the AI sector, benefiting Dubai’s economy and future growth.
