Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced public parking will be free for the Eid Al Fitr holidays.
With the exception of multi-storey car parks, Dubai motorists will not have to pay parking fees from Saturday, April 30 to Friday, May 6.
Fees will be reapplied from Saturday, May 7.
The RTA has also announced their Customer Happiness Centres will be closed from Saturday, April 30, re-opening on Monday, May 9 while their testing centres will reopen a day earlier, Sunday, May 8.
This year, Eid Al Fitr is expected to fall either on Sunday, May 1, or Monday, May 2, depending on the sighting of the new moon.
