A 15-year-old student of determination got his wish fulfilled after getting to meet the chief of Dubai Police.
Khalid Al Amiri was invited to the Dubai Police General headquarters by Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, the Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police.
He was given a ride in a luxury police patrol and was also gifted a souvenir.
Khalid had sent a message to the Security Awareness Department and expressed his wish to meet the the police chief, to which he responded without hesitation, stressing that the doors of Dubai Police are open to all, especially to the future generation.
Lt. Gen. Al-Marri gave an attentive ear to Khalid's questions on policing work and answered them with the same enthusiasm that the young man showed as he expressed his eagerness to know more about the General Departments and Police Stations.
The gesture is part of Dubai Police's efforts to spread happiness and positivity among various segments of society.
The student expressed his happiness at meeting the Commander-in-Chief, which he said left him inspired and motivated.
