More low-income Emirati families are getting their home loans waived.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has issued the latest directive.
It’s applicable for families of deceased citizens as well as those whose monthly household income is less than AED 15,000.
The decision will benefit UAE nationals who were provided loans through the Sheikh Zayed Housing progamme.
