The UAE Government says it does not comment on media reports or speculation about conversations between government leaders.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the UAE’s engagement since October 7 has consistently focused on de-escalation, regional stability and preventing violence.
The ministry also said UAE and Israeli government entities have maintained open and direct communication since diplomatic relations were established more than five years ago.
It added that relevant intelligence has been, and continues to be, shared between the appropriate entities when necessary.
