UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Prime Minister Mark Rutte of the Netherlands have discussed the latest situation in Gaza and the Occupied Palestinian Territory.
During a call, they emphasised the urgent need for an immediate ceasefire to address the worsening humanitarian crisis, increase humanitarian aid, and protect civilians.
Additionally, they highlighted the broader implications of the crisis on regional and global stability.
The talks also focussed on boosting bilateral relations between the UAE and the Netherlands, focusing on enhancing cooperation for sustainable development and prosperity.
