ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം, ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് അവരുടെ നിയമപരമായ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ തൊഴിൽ നിലയെയോ ജോലി സാഹചര്യങ്ങളെയോ ബാധിക്കുന്ന അന്തിമ ഭരണപരമായ തീരുമാനങ്ങളിൽ എതിർപ്പുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ കേന്ദ്ര പരാതി പരിഹാര സമിതിയെ സമീപിക്കാം.
