The UAE has confirmed 2,013 new cases of COVID-19 from 240,035 tests.
Another 2,240 people have recovered, taking the overall recovery tally to 420,736.
Meanwhile, 5 more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,433.
A total of 438,638 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 16,469 are currently active.
