The UAE has confirmed 865 new cases of COVID-19, taking the overall tally in the country to 83,433.
According to the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), 97,469 additional tests have been carried out across the Emirates.
Meanwhile, the number of recoveries has gone up to 72,790 after another 673 people received the all-clear.
The ministry has also confirmed the death of one patient, bringing the total number of fatalities to 403.
This means that there are currently 10,240 active cases in the country.
