Residents in Dubai can now exercise outdoors after Fajr prayers (around 4:30 am) as long as they follow all safety measures.
In a Tweet, Dubai Media Office highlighted the decision of the Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management and urged the public to avoid gatherings of more than five people.
Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management in Dubai: All members of public allowed to exercise outdoors from after Fajr prayer (around 4:30 AM) while fully adhering to precautionary measures and avoiding gatherings of more than 5 people.

The announcement comes following a change in timing for the national disinfection drive. It will now run from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am across all emirates, except Dubai, where it’ll be from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am.
