His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has praised the efforts of the first batch of Emirati government officials to secure scholarships to study at the world's top universities.
In a post on social media platform X, Sheikh Mohammed said the "goal is to equip these cadres with specialised expertise in future focused sectors; and to ensure the government continues learning without pause".
"We are a nation that never stops learning, because knowledge has carried us from the simplicity of the desert to the depths of space."
The Mohammed bin Rashid Government Scholarships is specially designed for national government talent and delivered in partnership with leading global institutions such as New York University Abu Dhabi, Georgetown University, and Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence, among others.
