A mild earthquake measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale was recorded south of Musandam at 4:40 PM UAE time on Tuesday.
According to the National Centre of Meteorology's (NCM) seismic network, the tremor occurred at a depth of approximately 5 km.
While it was slightly felt by residents, the NCM confirmed there was no impact on the country.
